CLASSIC FINE
The Classic Fine implant conceptually represents a classic of the implantology genre.
SHAPE
Characterized by a conical shape with a fine double self-tapping thread and designed for installation in bone tissue of any type of architectonics.
CONFIGURATION
Due to the large number of threads, the implants of this configuration have a high initial stability, and the contact area between the implant surface and the bone tissue is significantly increased.
ADVANTAGES
The result of the original design solution was the ability to create a narrow implant diameter of 3.3 mm without significant damage to the strength characteristics. The presence of a narrow-diameter implant allows it to be used in difficult clinical settings and expands the implantation indications.

CLASSIC HEAVY
The Classic Heavy implant is highly resistant to adverse environmental conditions and has a severe character, which is manifested in its shape and thread.
SHAPE
It has a large conicity and is characterized by a bold double thread with a large pitch. It is designed for installation in bone tissue of all types of architectonics.
CONFIGURATION
The maximum thread height corresponds to the spongy bone layer, while in the area of the body and the neck of the implant the intensity of the thread decreases, which corresponds to a compact bone layer.
ADVANTAGES
A big advantage is the reduction of the number of rotational movements during implant placement, which reduces the heat generation coefficient and eliminates the excessive compression on the bone tissue, which is observed in the first type of bone architectonics.

SHAPE
Large surface contact area creates favorable conditions for osseointegration. The apical parts of the implant of medium and wide diameters have a four-plane anti-rotation mechanism.
CONFIGURATION
The original configuration of the implant allows its use in complex clinical settings and expands the indications for implantation without resorting to additional surgical interference to increase the bone volume of the alveolar process.
ADVANTAGES
The main clinical advantages are the structure, number of turns and thread pitch. The double lead thread allows the implant to be screwed into the bone quickly.

MAINSTREAM IMPLANT SERIES
Maintream HEAVY
Mainstream Heavy implant has a big conicity and is characterized by a bold double thread with a large pitch.
SHAPE
The apical part of the implant has a bold two-plane antirotational mechanism of a longer length, which prevents the implant from turning at the stage of prosthodontics.
CONFIGURATION
The expression of the threads gradually decreases in the direction from the apical to the neckline part of the implant. This is due to the anatomical and topographic features of the structure of the alveolar processes.
ADVANTAGES
The main advantage of this configuration is providing reliable fixation and stabilization in the bone tissue of less favorable types of architectonics (III, IV). Thanks to the secure fixation, the implant can be placed even in the immature bone tissue, which reduces the waiting period from extraction of the tooth to implant insertion.

Monolith Heavy is one-piece monolithic implant designed for one-stage implantation.
SHAPE
Mechanical strength and reliable primary fixation of the implant allow to put it into the immediate functional load immediately after the surgical stage.
CONFIGURATION
Despite its elegance, Monolith Heavy has a high mechanical strength due to the absence of an internal thread for the screw fixing the abutment.
ADVANTAGES
The narrow diameter is the main advantage of the implant and allows it to be used in complex clinical settings, when implantation is impossible without preparatory surgery on bone augmentation. Atraumaticity, speed and ease of insertion and prosthetics of the implants of this configuration are of great importance.
